The most recent development by Exalco, named @ GiG Beach, is an iconic building due to its particular artistic design and unique location close to the sea in the Golden Mile area, overlooking St. George’s Bay. The building enjoys beautiful sea views and benefits from the many hotels, restaurants, retail outlets and entertainment venues in the locality.
It was constructed in 2017 and consists of an eight-storey building covering an area of circa 2,880 sqm of rentable office space. Finished to the highest of quality standards, with an impressive glass façade, this building houses the latest state of the art facilities and provides an extremely pleasant and modern working environment. The building also has 25 car spaces in the underlying carpark.
The entire building is being leased out to a single tenant – Gaming Innovation Group, an international gaming company, which is using the premises as its headquarters recruiting many local and foreign employees.
